Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (such as photos of the damaged/defective product) are required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and items marked 'non-returnable' are not eligible for returns or refunds.
